The JORDAN Upright Utility Bench is built for overhead pressing and seated arm work, with a slightly angled back pad that adds support without getting in the way of the movement. Crafted in the UK from high-grade steel.
Why a fixed upright rather than an adjustable bench at 85°?
Two reasons. A fixed frame has no adjustment mechanism to stack up height or shift under load, so it is more stable for heavy overhead pressing. And the back pad is shaped for the job — a slight angle that lets the shoulder blades sit back, rather than a flat pad standing on end.
If you are buying one bench for everything, buy adjustable. If you already have a bench and your overhead pressing is limited by stability, this is what fixes it.
What can you train on it?
Seated shoulder press with dumbbells or a barbell, seated lateral raises, seated curls with back support, and overhead tricep work. It is a dedicated upper-body station, not a general bench.
