Fixed 40° incline with a recessed spotter area — £1,434 with free UK delivery.
The JORDAN Olympic Incline Bench is set at a fixed 40°, which is steeper than the 30° most incline benches use — a deliberate choice that shifts more of the work onto the upper pectorals and front deltoids.
It is different, and worth understanding before you buy. At 30° the movement stays close to a flat press with a slight upper-chest bias. At 40° the shoulders take noticeably more of the load, which builds the upper chest harder but caps the weight you can press.
If incline is an accessory movement in your programme, 30° or an adjustable bench is more useful. If upper chest is a weak point you are deliberately targeting, 40° does the job better — that is what this bench is for.
The back angle is fixed, so the only way to fit different-sized users is the seat. Three positions mean a 5'4" and a 6'3" lifter both end up with hips locked and shoulders on the pad, rather than one of them sliding down through every set.
Buy fixed at £1,434 for a stable, purpose-built station on a floor that also has other benches. Buy the Olympic Adjustable Multi at £1,694 if this has to be your only barbell bench — seven angles plus catchers, for £260 more.
