What Boxmaster is
Boxmaster was designed by professional boxer Rai Fazio to reproduce the feel of hitting focus mitts without a partner holding them. The striking surfaces sit at the angles a coach would present, so you work combinations, timing and coordination rather than just power into a static bag — which is the part of boxing training a heavy bag cannot give you on your own.
Boxmaster or a punch bag?
A heavy bag is for power, conditioning and sustained work. It is cheaper, and it is the right first purchase if you mostly want to hit something hard. See our Punch Bags collection.
Boxmaster is for technique, combinations and reaction. The targets sit where a pad-holder would put them, so it develops accuracy and shot selection — the skills that normally require a coach and a training partner.
Most serious setups end up with both, because they train different things.
Which unit?

Adding kicks: the Kick Pad at £795 extends the unit to lower-body strikes for kickboxing and Muay Thai work.

Group and circuit training: the Quad at £10,630 puts four people on one frame — £2,657.50 per training position, and one footprint instead of four.
