My name is Jonathan Walsh, and I started Pro Gym Essentials for one reason: I believe training changes lives.
It changed mine. Not just physically — the discipline I built through consistent training has carried into every part of my life. My business. My mindset. My family. My wife trains now. My children have grown up watching it. One good habit, compounded over years, creates a ripple effect that goes far beyond the gym floor.
That's not something you get from selling just anything. I chose this industry because I live it.
I've also experienced the frustration of buying equipment that disappointed, dealing with suppliers who disappeared after the sale, and wasting time in overcrowded gyms when life got busy. Pro Gym Essentials was built to solve all of that.
