The JORDAN Flat HIIT Bench is a 3-in-1 station designed and manufactured in the UK. This is the un-kitted unit: the frame and storage arrive empty, ready for you to load with equipment you already own.
Why buy un-kitted?
Because most gyms already own dumbbells and kettlebells. Paying again for a kitted bundle only makes sense on a brand-new fit-out. Un-kitted, you get the station and fill it from the rack you already have — which is the cheaper route into a self-contained circuit position.
Flat HIIT or Fusion HIIT?
The Flat HIIT at £960 is flat-only, and the simpler, cheaper unit.
The Fusion HIIT from £1,679 adds an adjustable backrest, a battle-rope anchor point and a defined storage layout for 5 pairs of dumbbells, 2 kettlebells and a medicine ball — and was an ELEVATE Innovation Awards finalist.
Choose flat if it is a circuit station and a step-up box. Choose Fusion if it also has to be your adjustable pressing bench.
Where it earns its place
Rooms that get reset. A small studio running classes, a hotel gym with one multi-use space, a garage where the bench has to become a box and then get out of the way.

Free UK delivery. Standard UK delivery is £20 and free on orders of £250 or more; at £960 this qualifies. Storage accessories are not included. Delivered across the UK by our own team.
