The Ricky Hatton Professional Heavy Duty Punch Bag is built for repeated, full-power work — the bag you buy when a nylon bag has already split. A premium leather outer and dense internal fill keep the weight evenly distributed, so the bag holds its shape, returns consistent rebound, and doesn't develop the hard packed base that punishes wrists and knuckles.

Which size should you buy?
Choose the 130 × 40 cm (approx. 50 kg) if you are over roughly 80 kg or train with power — the extra mass stops the bag swinging away from your combinations and gives a firmer, more realistic response.
Choose the 100 × 40 cm (approx. 35 kg) for lighter or shorter users, for shared household use, or where ceiling height is limited. Both sizes use the same leather outer, the same fill and the same six-hook chain.
What you will need to hang it
A 35–50 kg bag has to be fixed to a structural joist, or to a rated wall bracket or freestanding frame — never to plasterboard alone. Only about one in forty of our punch bag orders includes mounting hardware, which means most buyers are fixing to something they already own. Check your fixing is structural and rated before the bag arrives.
