The JORDAN HELIX Rope Attachment adds bodyweight and resistance rope work to your HELIX rack, with a rotational dial to adjust difficulty up to 100kg. Available with or without the ergonomic 33mm black rope, and a black pull-out pin makes it quick to fit. Compatible with all HELIX Half and Power Racks.
