The MYO Strength 3 Stack Multi Gym runs three independent weight stacks and stations off one modular frame, so a whole group can train simultaneously across lat pulldown, low row, triceps, leg extension, leg curl, shoulder press and incline chest press. Full-length steel weight shrouds and integrated exercise placards keep it safe and simple, with an optional leg press / calf raise add-on to extend it further.
