Description
Add dips to your HELIX rack for £139. The JORDAN HELIX Dipping Bar clips onto a HELIX rack and turns it into a dip station — a comfortable wide 48mm grip on solid black powder-coated steel, rated to 100kg.
Is 100kg enough?
That is the rating for the bar, and it is your bodyweight plus any added load. For most users it is comfortable headroom. If you are a heavy lifter adding a 20kg belt, check your own numbers against it before ordering — we would rather you asked than assumed.
Why a 48mm grip?
Thicker than a standard pull-up bar, and deliberately so. On dips your bodyweight hangs through a small contact area, and a thin bar concentrates that into the base of the palm. 48mm spreads the load, which is the difference between finishing your sets and stopping because your hands hurt.
The HELIX attachment range
- £13 Bar Holder · £17 Weight Horns · £29 Angled Handles · £39 Pull Up Bar · £42 Angled Pull Up Bar · £42 Multi Handle
- £78 Multi Grip Pull Up Bar · £99.95 Multi Handle Plate Holder (150kg/handle) · £109 J-Hooks (350kg) · £122 Safety Strap System (450kg) · £129 Safety Bar (500kg) · £139 Dipping Bar (100kg)
- £192 Rope Attachment (100kg) · £278–£514 Weight Storage Horns · £344 Jammer Arms · £349 Revolving Jammer Arms · £791 Single Cable Pulley (90kg stack)
