Description
Zero in on your triceps. The JORDAN V-Handle costs £24. A close neutral grip for focused tricep pushdowns, on chrome-finished steel with non-slip urethane grips — the cheapest way to make a cable machine useful for arms.
V-Handle or Close Grip Row Handle?
They are not the same thing, despite looking alike. This £24 V-Handle is a compact pushdown attachment. The Close Grip Low Row / Pulldown Handle at £46 is built for heavy rowing, where the handle takes your full back strength through a long pull. Buy the V-Handle for arms; buy the row handle if seated rows are part of your programme.
The JORDAN cable attachment range
- £15 Soft Cable Handle (150kg) · £24 V-Handle · £28 Leather Ankle Straps (pair) · £29 Straight Cable Bar
- £37 EZ Cable Curl Bar · £43 Pivoting Press Down Bar · £46 Close Grip Low Row Handle · £52.20 36" Lat Pulldown Bar · £54 Wide Parallel Grip Bar
Every attachment in the range fits the JORDAN HELIX Dual Cable Adjustable Pulley Machine at £4,074, the HELIX Single Cable Pulley Attachment at £791, and most standard cable machines.
