Knurled 28mm chrome bars on a black powder-coated steel fixing, attached with a wing nut — the angle changes the line of pull, which recruits the back and arms differently to a straight bar and makes the grip work harder.
Angled, straight or multi grip?
Straight Pull Up Bar — £39: 28mm knurled chrome, 200kg, for strict pull-ups and muscle-ups. Angled — £42: same bar, angled, for a different pull line and a harder grip challenge. Multi Grip — £78: two widths and two thicknesses (35mm and 45mm) in one attachment, rated 200kg. Both the straight and angled bars are sold individually — so if you want a matched pair, budget £78–£84, which is the same as one Multi Grip.
