They add plate-loaded push and pull training to a HELIX rack: sled-style pushes, resisted running and dynamic rows, without owning a sled or a track to push it down.

Why this instead of a sled?

Because a sled needs floor — usually a 15–20 metre run of it — and almost nobody training indoors in the UK has that. Plate-loaded handles on a fixed rack give you the same resisted push and pull pattern in the space you already own, with the load set precisely by the plates rather than by whatever the sled weighs plus friction. At £99.95 it is also a fraction of a sled's cost.

What can you load them with?

Any 50mm Olympic plate. JORDAN Rubber Tri-Grip start at £5 for a 1.25kg and Black Rubber Bumpers at £26 for a 5kg — and because the sleeves take 150kg a side, these handles will outgrow most people's plate collection rather than the other way round.
