Compact squat and press station rated to 500kg — £589.01, J-hooks included, free UK delivery.
The JORDAN HELIX Power Stand gives you heavy squat and press capability without surrendering a corner of the room to a full rack. A 500kg maximum load means the stand is not what limits you.
A Power Stand holds the bar. A power rack surrounds you, which means safety bars you can dump a failed squat onto and a chin-up bar overhead.
Buy the Power Stand at £589.01 if space is tight, if you train with a spotter, or if your heavy work is pressing rather than maximal squatting.
Buy the JORDAN Squat Rack at £1,194 instead if you train alone and squat heavy — it has integrated spotter arms, which is the difference between pushing to failure and not.
Buy the HELIX Freestanding Power Rack at £997.50 if you want the full cage with a chin-up bar and room to add attachments.
