Description
Turn your HELIX rack into a pressing powerhouse. The JORDAN HELIX Jammer Arms cost £344 a pair with free UK delivery. Chest and shoulder press, rows and explosive push work from a single attachment — 150kg per arm, built to commercial standard.
Standard or revolving — and is £5 worth it?
The HELIX Revolving Jammer Arms are £349 — £5 more — and add a 7-position revolving chrome plate plus 18 height settings, which unlocks rotational pressing, single-arm arcs and throwing patterns. Both carry the same 150kg per arm. On the numbers alone the revolving version is the better buy for almost everyone; take these fixed arms if your programming is straight-line pressing only and you prefer the more rigid feel.
The HELIX attachment range
- £13 Bar Holder · £17 Weight Horns · £29 Angled Handles · £39 Pull Up Bar · £42 Angled Pull Up Bar · £42 Multi Handle
- £78 Multi Grip Pull Up Bar · £99.95 Multi Handle Plate Holder (150kg/handle) · £109 J-Hooks (350kg) · £122 Safety Strap System (450kg) · £129 Safety Bar (500kg) · £139 Dipping Bar (100kg)
- £192 Rope Attachment (100kg) · £278–£514 Weight Storage Horns · £344 Jammer Arms · £349 Revolving Jammer Arms · £791 Single Cable Pulley (90kg stack)
