Revolving or standard jammer arms?
The standard HELIX Jammer Arms are £344 — just £5 less — with an 8-position steel frame and the same 150kg per arm. For £5, the revolving version adds a rotating plate, which unlocks landmine-style rotational pressing, single-arm work through an arc, and throwing patterns. There is essentially no price argument for the fixed version; buy the revolving arms unless your programming is purely straight-line pressing.
What can you actually train with them?
Chest and shoulder press, explosive push work, rows, and — with the rotation — rotational power for combat sports, throwing and racket sports. On a rack that already has J-hooks and a safety bar, jammer arms are the attachment that turns it from a squat station into a full pressing station without buying another machine.
