A separate systematic review by Patti and colleagues in Disability and Rehabilitation (2024) screened 1,566 records, included 36 studies and meta-analysed 19, concluding that "Pilates exercise can decrease LBP compared to no exercise and non-specific exercise" and recommending practitioners treat it as an effective management strategy.
The demand side is holding up too.
