Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs — Rigs & Racks

What’s the difference between a rig and a rack?

A rack is typically a standalone unit (like a squat rack or power rack) used for barbell lifts and strength training. A rig is a larger, modular system — often wall- or floor-mounted — designed to support multiple users and exercises, including pull-ups, squats, and suspension training.

Which is better for home gyms: a rack or a rig?

For most home gyms, a power rack or half rack is the best option due to its compact size and versatility. Rigs are ideal for larger spaces or shared training environments.

Can I customise my rack with attachments?

Yes. Many of our racks are compatible with dip bars, landmine attachments, safety spotter arms, band pegs, and more — giving you a fully modular setup that grows with your training.

How much space do I need for a rack or rig?

Most power racks require a footprint of at least 120cm x 150cm, plus height clearance (around 210–230cm). Rigs will need more width and depth depending on configuration.

Are your racks suitable for heavy lifting?

Absolutely. Our racks are built from commercial-grade steel and tested for strength and safety — ideal for squats, benching, and heavy barbell work at home or in a professional gym.
